Please read through this section before emailing us. If your question
is not answered here, we would love to hear from you and answer any
questions you have.

Specify your size: Make sure
you have double checked the dimensions on your laptop before
ordering. You can find dimensions for your laptop on the website
of the company that makes your laptop.
- Customer Requests: Email us if
you want us to make you a special size, we may be able to accommodate
a special order at our discretion.
- California Residents: If you live in the state of California,
you will be charged sales tax.
- Color Accuracy: Computers display
color differently and the color may not be exactly the same color
in reality. We do not give refunds if the color is not exactly
as it was on your computer screen.
- Delivery times: Your order is
usually made within 2-4 working days after we receive your order.
- Payment: HUGGz ONLY accepts payment
through PayPal. This is for your protection and ours. PayPal
allows you to pay using credit cards or your checking account.
Refund or Replacement Policies
We are a small business and do not mass-produce items. Every HUGGz
has a touch of personal attention and is handmade. Please read our
refund and exchange policy below. We will do our best to make sure
that ever customer is satisfied.
Return Policy — We only refund orders for...
- Failed Delivery — All of our orders are shipped USPS Priority mail and has delivery confirmation.
If USPS fails to deliver your order and it is verified, we will immediately
send you a replacement.
- Replacement — If we send you the wrong HUGGz, contact us immediately. Mistakes do happen and
we will quickly send you your correct order.
- Warranty — If a product falls apart within
30 days of receiving it, we will refund your purchase price. Photographic
proof may be requested. (Refunds will not be given if there is
evidence that you attempted to wash your HUGGz)
Care Instructions — Can I wash my HUGGz in the washing machine?
NO! If you spill something or get your HUGGz dirty, we suggest you
spot clean the area using mild fabric cleaner and a wash cloth. Minky
dot fabrics and Velboa Fur fabrics should not get wet. DO NOT for
any reason put your HUGGz in the washing machine. The fabric will
shrink and/or wrinkle. Wash at your own peril, as we will not refund
your order.
How snug are iPod HUGGz?
HUGGz for iPod are very snug for a good reason. Who wants
their iPod falling out? In order to pull your iPod out, pinch
the bottom of your HUGGz.
***iPod mini HUGGz do not fit the same as all the other
iPod .The iPod mini is a difficult model to make snug do
to its rounded sides.
Can I control my iPod without taking it out of the
HUGGz?
You can still use your remote control or you can use your
click will directly through the fabric. If you want to see
the songs you are scrolling through, you have to take it
out of the HUGGz.
What is the iPod Huggz lining made from?
HUGGz iPod is lined with high quality soft black taffeta.
What
is the laptop Huggz lining made from?
HUGGz laptops are lined with high quality padded quilted
satin lining in black.
Is the laptop Huggz padding protective?
HUGGz will not protect your laptop from major falls or rough
handling. The padding does give some protection, but it is
minimal and is not meant to protect against bumps or drops.
How snug are laptop HUGGz?
HUGGz fit snuggly over your laptop at the dimensions cited
above. If you laptop is smaller than the dimensions listed,
your HUGGz may not be as snug. We will continue to make an
ongoing list of laptops that have been tested and fit snugly.
It is your responsibility to measure your laptop before you
order. We do not give refunds just because your HUGGz is
not as snug as you would like it to be. THE RISK
IS SOLELY YOURS.

Do you do bulk orders? Yes. Contact us
for discount pricing.
How are HUGGz shipped? All orders are shipped
by USPS Priority Mail.
Warranty
HUGGz stands by its products. Our products are free from
defect in materials and workmanship upon arrival. If this
is not the case, contact us within 30 days.
We may require you supply us with a clear digital photograph
by email, so we can evaluate the problem. We may elect to
replace or refund any faulty products free of charge without
having the product returned to us.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage,
misuse, improper care or alteration, or the natural breakdown
of materials that may occur after extended use of the product.
It also excludes claims for incidental or consequential
loss.
If the product is found to be defective, HUGGz sole
obligation and the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy
are the repair or replacement of the HUGGz itself. HUGGz
shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser
or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential
losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly
or indirectly by the product.
Except for the express warranty stated above, HUGGz
makes no other warranties with respect to the product,
express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose.
